Pat ’s Back: Laver Cup Gets a Boost

Pat Rafter Laver Cup 2025

Two-time US Open champ.
Former World No.1.
Rallee Co-Founder. Legend. Mate.

Pat Rafter is officially stepping back into the global tennis spotlight—this time as Vice Captain of Team World at the 2025 Laver Cup, joining forces with none other than Captain Andre Agassi. Yep, you read that right: Agassi and Rafter, same side of the net.
Let that sink in.

We’re stoked about seeing on of our co-founders back on the world stage - not just for his calm under pressure, but for the way he carries himself: laid-back, respectful, and quietly rebellious. The man grew up in regional Queensland, just like Rod Laver, the legend the cup is named after. That’s a pretty special full-circle moment.

“When Andre asked me to be part of it, it’s sort of a no-brainer. I’d love to be part of it.”

This year’s Laver Cup hits San Francisco from September 20-22, and we reckon it’s going to be one for the books. Pat summed it up best when he talked about what the event means to him:

“The Laver Cup brings out this sense of camaraderie and team effort, which is something we don’t get to do often in tennis. It’s a unique opportunity to renew that competitive spirit - but as teammates.”

That line hit home for us. It’s exactly how we see Rallee: less about winning at all costs, more about getting out there with your crew, having a crack, and enjoying the ride. The game’s better when you’re in it together.

So here’s to Pat - repping Aussie tennis again state-side where he won two Grand Slams - and looking to add a Laver Cup to the haul. We’ll be watching in September, Rallee racquet in hand.

Go well, mate. We’re behind you all the way. 🎾
