INTERNATIONAL TERMS

International orders are sent with the most premium signature service available via Australia Post or DHL. All orders include tracking and customers will receive tracking updates via email.

*PLEASE NOTE – Shipping rates do not include any relevant country import duties, foreign taxes or other fees which may be imposed as this is the responsibility of the customer. Check with your local customs office for further information. 

**Whilst we endeavour to serve Rallee to as many places as possible, some far-flung addresses generate shipping costs that far exceed the price we can reasonably pay. When this occurs we will contact the customer to discuss their options.

RETURNS

Order didn't work out? No sweat, we want you to be 100% happy with your purchase! We gladly accept returns for items in original unworn condition with tags attached. Returns must be lodged within 30 days from the date you received your goods, and we will provide you with a store credit or refund.
