Djokovic Signed Racquet Giveaway – Terms & Conditions

By entering the Djokovic Signed Racquet Giveaway (the “Promotion”), you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Promoter

The promoter of this giveaway is Rallee Pty Ltd (the “Promoter”).

2. Eligibility

  • The Promotion is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over at the time of entry.

  • Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of the Promoter and associated agencies are not eligible to enter.

  • One entry per person is permitted.

3. Entry Requirements

To enter the Promotion, participants must:

  1. Sign up via the official giveaway link; and

  2. Follow both Instagram accounts:

Entries that do not comply with these requirements will be deemed invalid.

4. Promotion Period

  • Opens: 11:00am AEDT on 22 October 2025

  • Closes: 1:00pm AEDT on 6 November 2025

Entries received outside this period will not be accepted.

5. Prize

One (1) winner will receive a 1-of-1 prize pack valued at AUD $2,700, including:

  • One (1) Djokovic-signed HEAD Pro Racquet

  • One (1) Waterdrop Hydration Pack (RRP $600 AUD)

  • One (1) Rallee Voucher valued at $500 AUD, plus early access to the new Rallee product range

6. Winner Selection

  • The winner will be selected at random from eligible entries within 72 hours of the promotion closing.

  • The winner will be contacted via the email provided upon entry and/or Instagram direct message.

  • If the winner does not respond within 5 business days, the Promoter reserves the right to redraw the prize.

7. Prize Conditions

  • The prize is not redeemable for cash, exchange, or transfer.

  • If any element of the prize becomes unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute it with a prize of equal or greater value.

8. General Conditions

  • The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or submits an entry not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

  • The Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram.

  • By entering, you agree to release Instagram from any liability related to the Promotion.

9. Privacy

By entering, you agree to the Promoter collecting, storing, and using your personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy for the purpose of administering the Promotion and, if you opt in, to receive marketing communications.
