Gift Card Terms and Conditions

These terms apply to every Rallee gift card. Buying, receiving or using one means you accept them. Nothing in these terms limits or removes any right you have under the Australian Consumer Law..

1. Who issues Rallee gift cards

Rallee gift cards are issued by Rallee Club Pty Ltd (ACN 661 813 136), trading as Rallee. In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean Rallee Club Pty Ltd, and "you" means the person who buys or holds the gift card.

2. What a Rallee gift card is

A Rallee gift card is a digital card delivered by email. It carries a unique code and a stored value in Australian dollars. We do not issue physical gift cards. Cards are sold in the set denominations listed on the gift card product page, and the amount you pay is the amount loaded onto the card.

A gift card is not a credit card, debit card, bank account or payment facility, and it does not earn interest.

3. Delivery

Gift cards are emailed to the address entered at checkout, either straight away or on the delivery date you schedule. It is your responsibility to enter the correct email address. If the card does not arrive, check the junk or promotions folder first, then email us at info@ralleeclub.com and we will resend it.

We are not responsible for a gift card sent to an incorrect address you supplied, or for a card that is intercepted or used by someone else after it has been delivered to the address you gave us.

4. No expiry, no fees

Rallee gift cards are valid from 3 years from purchase date. The balance stays on the card until it is spent.

There are no activation fees, account keeping fees, balance enquiry fees or inactivity fees. The amount you pay is the amount available to spend, and it stays that way.

5. Where and how you can use it

Gift cards can be redeemed at ralleeclub.com. Enter the code at checkout and the balance is applied to your order total, including shipping and tax.

You can’t use more than one gift card on a single order. If your order is worth more than the card balance, pay the difference with any accepted payment method. If your order is worth less, the remaining balance stays on the card for next time.

Gift cards can be used on sale and promotional items, and alongside a valid discount code.

A gift card cannot be used to buy another gift card.

6. No cash, no reloading

Gift cards cannot be exchanged, redeemed or refunded for cash, and they cannot be topped up or reloaded. No change is given on a purchase worth less than the card balance. The unspent balance simply stays on the card.

7. Treat it like cash

Look after your gift card code. We are not able to replace a card that is lost, stolen, destroyed or used without your permission, and we are not responsible for its use by anyone who has the code. If you think your card has been compromised, contact us at info@ralleeclub.com as soon as possible with your order number and we will do what we reasonably can to help.

Gift cards are transferable. Whoever holds the code can spend the balance.

8. Returns and refunds

Gift cards are not returnable or refundable, and cannot be cancelled once delivered, except where the Australian Consumer Law requires otherwise.

If you return an item bought with a gift card, the refund is issued as store credit or to a Rallee gift card for the amount paid with the card, in line with our Returns Policy. Where the Australian Consumer Law entitles you to a refund, we will refund you by the original payment method.

9. Pricing and promotions

The value of a gift card is fixed at the amount purchased. If the price of an item drops after you buy a card, or a promotion runs that you miss, we do not adjust or top up the balance.

Gift cards themselves are excluded from discount codes, sitewide promotions and store credit offers unless we say otherwise in writing.

10. Suspected fraud or misuse

We may void a gift card, cancel a balance or refuse to accept a code where we reasonably believe it was obtained fraudulently, purchased with a stolen or disputed payment method, tampered with, or is being resold or used in breach of these terms.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published at ralleeclub.com at the time you buy or use a gift card is the version that applies. Any change will not reduce the value of a gift card already issued.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and by the Australian Consumer Law. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law, and nothing in these terms limits those guarantees.
