Rallee Racquet Giveaway - Terms and Conditions
1. Promoter
The promoter is Rallee Club Pty Ltd (ACN 661 813 136) of 3/18 Brigantine, Byron Bay, NSW 2481.
2. Eligibility
Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over. Employees, directors and immediate family members of Rallee Club Pty Ltd or any associated agencies are not eligible to enter.
3. Promotional Period
The competition runs from 12:00am AEDT on Wednesday, 3 December 2025 until 11:59pm AEDT on Tuesday, 16 December 2025. Entries received outside this period will not be accepted.
4. How to Enter
To enter, customers must make a purchase through the official Rallee website (ralleeclub.com) during the promotional period.
- Each eligible purchase equals one automatic entry into the draw.
- At checkout, entrants must select their preferred racquet prize (Tennis, Pickleball, or Padel) to validate their entry.
- Multiple purchases are permitted, with one entry per eligible order.
5. Prizes
Three winners will each receive one (1) racquet, corresponding to their selected preference at checkout:
- HEAD BOOM MP 2024 Tennis Racquet (RRP $389.99 AUD)
- HEAD Radical Tour Grit Pickleball Paddle (RRP $249.99 AUD)
- HEAD Gravity Pro Padel Racquet (RRP $329.99 AUD)
Total prize pool value is $969.97 AUD.
Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash. If a prize is unavailable for any reason, Rallee Club Pty Ltd reserves the right to substitute it with a similar product of equal or higher value.
6. Winner Selection and Notification
Three winners will be randomly drawn on Wednesday, 17 December 2025 at Rallee Club Pty Ltd’s Byron Bay office. Winners will be notified by email and phone within two (2) business days of the draw and will be announced on the Rallee website (ralleeclub.com) within seven (7) days.
If a winner cannot be contacted within 7 days, Rallee Club Pty Ltd reserves the right to redraw the prize.
7. Prize Delivery
Prizes will be delivered free of charge within Australia or may be collected from Byron Bay, NSW by prior arrangement.
8. General Conditions
- Entries are deemed to be received at the time of purchase, not at the time of payment processing.
- Rallee Club Pty Ltd reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or provides false information.
- By entering, participants agree to these Terms and Conditions and consent to Rallee Club Pty Ltd using their name and entry details for promotional purposes, including publication on the Rallee website and social media channels.
9. Privacy
Personal information provided will be used for the purpose of conducting this competition and contacting winners. All personal data will be handled in accordance with Rallee’s Privacy Policy.
10. Permits
This is a game of chance. No skill plays a part in determining the winners.
The total prize pool is below the threshold requiring trade promotion permits in NSW, QLD, VIC, or other Australian jurisdictions.
11. Governing Law
This competition is governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and all entrants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that State.
