Terms and Conditions

 

1. Promoter
 The promoter is Rallee Club Pty Ltd ACN 661 813 136, Byron Bay, NSW, Australia (Promoter).

 

2. Eligibility
 Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over. Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.

 

3. Entry Period
 The competition opens at 4.00pm AEDT on 18 January 2026 and closes at 5.00pm AEDT on 2 February 2026 (Entry Period). Entries received outside this period will not be accepted.

 

4. How to Enter
 To enter, eligible individuals must complete the entry method outlined on the Rallee website during the Entry Period. Entry is free and no purchase is required. Limit of one entry per person unless otherwise stated.

 

5. Prize
 One (1) winner will receive two (2) Rallee tops, consisting of:

    • one (1) top signed by Ash Barty, and
    • one (1) top signed by Pat Rafter.


The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.

 

6. Draw Details
 The winner will be selected by random draw conducted at the Promoter’s premises on 3 February 2025. The draw will be conducted fairly and in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

 

7. Winner Notification
 The winner will be notified via email within two (2) business days of the draw. The winner’s name may also be published on the Rallee website or social channels.

 

8. Prize Delivery
 The prize will be dispatched to the winner’s nominated Australian address within a reasonable timeframe following confirmation of delivery details. The Promoter is not responsible for any lost or delayed deliveries once dispatched.

 

9. Unclaimed Prize
 If the winner does not respond within fourteen (14) days of notification, the Promoter reserves the right to redraw the prize.

 

10. General Conditions

    • The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
    • The Promoter reserves the right to verify entries and disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or breaches these Terms and Conditions.
    • The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost, incomplete or incorrectly submitted entries.


11. Liability
 To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not responsible for any loss, damage or injury suffered as a result of participating in the competition or accepting the prize.

 

12. Privacy
 By entering, entrants agree to the collection and use of their personal information by the Promoter for the purpose of administering the competition and in accordance with Rallee’s Privacy Policy. Entrants may opt out of marketing communications at any time.

 

13. Governing Law
 This competition is governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
